GTS makes a headlight black out kit for your car.Go to autozone or another parts store that sells black-outs. As far as I know nobody makes them for the rears. Alot of people use the nite-shades spray, or make their own tinted covers.

Its been done a lot, doing a search on tinted tails or something to that effect will yield results.

Try Techinfo. It'* already there.

And don't tint the fronts. Road debris will make it look like **** in a week.
