My friend has a 74 SleekKraft jet boat with a 455 that we just put in. About a month ago we were doing the body work. We had to sand off the 70-80s paint job to get it smooth and we put a coat of primer on just to get it in the water looking decent this year. Anyways.... we were talking about duplicating them, and he explained the process to me and it wasnt that difficult sounding. Im gonna have him email me how he explained it but I think you and your friend that glassed it could do it in house very easily.... here is a link that might help get you started

Well, he knows how to do it. thats the way mine got done. We made a mold out of my Trans Am.
If some one finds a shiping company that will take the mold from PR to the US. Find some one to pay for the shipping & the mold. I know there are some people here that work at or have a bodyshop. Let them do the rest.
Im willing to help out. Ill cover the cost of repainting my hood after a mold is done. I have some paint left & shure my friend will hook me up.
I would be proud to see my hood all over the states. & to me thats payment enough.

Hows the functionality part coming along? Last I read it was functional for air into the engine compartment but you were still working on the routing to the intake?
