Looking at the pictures below, it'* possible...but I'm still somewhat doubtful because the 1997+ Park Avenues were G Bodies vs. our LeSabre'* H platform.

Keep in mind though, with custom fabrication it is entirely possible to fit just about any grille you want on there. But it may not be a direct factory fit.
