Man, that'* some bad rust. I can only recommend finding a donor car and cutting out the metal you need with a sawzall, cut out your rust, and have the donor steel welded in. Otherwise have a shop shape new steel, cut out your rust, and weld in new steel. Any other type of fix is just hiding the real problem, and at some point that'* going to weaken the chassis of your car. You probably have a lot more rust that isn't visible too. Might be time for a new Bonnie.
