I'm on the fence. So, I would recommend using a stick on stripe at first. That way if you don't like it, it peels off. If you do like it, you've got a stenciling guide for paint.

I love the GXP bodystyle because it is so simple and clean. I hate pinstripes on all cars(don't mean to offend anyone, just opinion) and would hate to see it on my favorite car, the Bonne GXP. It is your car though so don't listen to me. If you really want it, get it.

I personally put silver stripes on my car myself, and it made a huge difference, I love them, but it'* your car, do what you want. But if you do, I disagree with the other guys, I would do the stick-on. That way in the future if you (or even another owner) wants to do away with the stripes, it'* a lot easier.

I agree, don't do it. Keep it clean.

Hi All,

Thanks for all the great feedback I had a closer look at the body panels and have decided not to add the pinstripes. Originally I thought it would look good, but the panels are just too round to support this and the striping in some places would be more on the "top" than the side. Now I'm considering big red and yellow flames shooting down the sides from the front wheel wells! (Just kidding)
