Yea, that RED cutoff is really odd. That'* the first set of projectors I've seen that had a long wavelength cutoff.

Anyhoo, I color modded my e46 projectors, but then decided that the cutoff got too fuzzy to the sides... so i un-bent most of the bent to sharpen the output, and sacrifice color.

These are HID, with the ECE cutoff...

I think I may look at his fogs, tho. They seem to be more efficient than mine... and I have a set of Hella optilux H3 fogs... smaller than those other projectors, tho.

I just picked up a set.

The Hella Optilux ones I have now don't do anything but turn the ground a wee-bit yellow in front of the Jeep, since the HID'* overpower them by about 10x.

True statement until you tried to see in inclimate weather. Then they reflected and blinded you.

Not these

Projectors cant do that when they have a nice cutoff

What blinds you is the Glare and Good Projectors dont have that

Projectors are probably the best choice for bad weather.

Oh, and for anyone living in snowbound areas, HID burners don't get hot enough to melt snow on your headlights. :/

Any reason to get those over these?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CLEAR...mZ230070255750

I'm not normally a fan of blue tints... or could it maybe be removed?

the ones i have Are Not Blue, they have a Blue Filter on them to Filter out Blueish light so it put out a Yellowish Fog light.

Those in the link are the same as mine just they are going to be the color of any bulb you put in them.

and Hmmmm if your not going to bid on them.... i might.. :?
