ok the air bag is still intact (wasnt deployed) but the cover is off, how do I fix it? secondly, I have this weird microphone looking thing in my car and no body has any clue what the hell it is, any ideas? Pics are below.

Microphone could be for an alarm system if you have one. It detects windows being smashed. As far as airbag not deploying, I'd be afraid to touch it, I don't think I'd want to fix it.

Velvet, please put your year and trim level (SE, SLE, SSE, SSEi) in your signature so we know what your car is each time you post.
If your car isn't an SSE or an SSEi in the early-mid 90'*, you don't have an alarm. If it is, and you do, it'* a passive system that you have no control over.
I suspect the microphone is from a hands-free car kit.

For the microphone, what can I do with it?

nobody uses those old hand free car kits anymore. if you really wanna use it, you need to follow the wire back to the main unit and then research if it will work with your phone.
you know its aftermarket right?
