well, since i painted them with a brush(NOT the way to go, imo) they take about 1- 2 hours each to paint, but im happy with the results, and i can complain, so far the whole paint job has costed me maybe $10

how freakin' small was your brush?

it was a 2" brush but i had to use a tiny one around the edges, my problem was that the paint was pretty much as thin as water so i had to do multiple coats, spray paint is WAY more efficient, im gunna use that if i do this again

Taping off tires is a PITA, i resprayed the wheels on our nova a few years ago..

My question... why did you do the letters on the tires?

And what did you use on the tires? Hate to burst your bubles, but if it'* DupliColor Hot Tires you'll have to re-apply it every couple weeks. Not near as permanent as they make it sound.

The wheels look good. I'm sure it wasn't easy.

If you are doing the raised white-lettering on the tires, do both sides of the tire as they need "balance" in the look (as in three o'clock and nine o'clock positions). That'* if there'* anything to paint in.
