how do I open the pics. They didnt pop up and I can't seem to find where I would open the pics

very easy. Heat up the outter edges of the lense and pry the outer lens off of the rear part. Once apart, you pop out the amber/red peice and use a dremel to ever so slowly cut the amber part off of the red part. Re insert the now only red part. Reheat the lense gew stuff and push back together.

I might have picture instructions once I start on the drivers side.
