EACH ONE MEASURES: 2" INLET, 8" LONG, 3" OUTLET, 6" WIDE
That will keep the sound down to pass EPA testing. 
It will work fine. I re-used my Cow bells and it was easy to adapt the 2 1/2" tail pipe to mate with the 2" tips.

funny story...
i was showing the tips to my roommate chad, and i told him how the resonators in the tips make them sound good.. i demonstrated by "just blowing air" through the inlet of the tips but i actually made an exhaust noise with my tongue. he couldnt believe it, so he tried it for himself.. he blew and just air came out... he was really confused
i had to tell him that i was kidding about them making the noise
i laughed for a good 10 min
