that turtle wax ultra is crappy IMHO... sure was easy on/off but it didnt have the shine i was expecting....

well i used the Gold Class yesterday, and the car looks 1000% better than before. The last time I had waxed it was last fall, and there was almost nothing left on the hood and top of the car. I want it to rain now to see how well it beads.

Just wondering thats all.. that Fire dood.. saves me the trouble of findin that out the hard way.

do you guys wax the trim pieces too? I did the side panels and the tops of the bumpers to see how it works.

DO NOT ever buy a white car if you plan on waxing it, its a pain in the ***.

Yes I do.. even though I don't know if you have to or not.. they seem to look the same even when claybaring it.

White Pain alright.. the whole claybar showed so much inbedded dirt and I thought my car was clean.. Claybar is like one of them Oxi Pads a 16 yeard zitt face homrone driven kids would have.. all them hidden dirt..

I was gonna claybar too but I couldnt find any at Autozone. I just washed and waxed the car, and a day later a bird took a crap on the hood. I was so mad, those little boogers are gonna feel the wraith from my pellet gun

yep.. have that ALL THE TIME at works parking lot.. White seems like a target.. I always have @ least one a day when I park my car @ work

Just laid down Coat #2 of the summer, and it'* PURDY!!! I cleaned up all the wax buildup i left in some small trim areas etc...

She shines though, lemme tell ya...

did you do the test to make sure you needed it? Put your hand inside a ziploc type plastic bag and rub the surface to see if you feel any bumps after you wash the car.

i don't think it would ever hurt to clay bar. especially if you've never done it before, i guarantee it will be benefitial.
