Default MCC swap for a ECC

i tried to see if i can find this on here in detail but i cannot. i searched and went through ALL 592 results dealing with ECC( eyes are killing me) and couldn't find what i was really looking for. so my issue is this i know that i can swap my MCC for a ECC off an SLE/SSE/SSEi but i want to know what exactly is everything that i need because the threads i read were only somewhat helpful in discussing it. they would start to explain the necessary steps in order to do this mod. anybody think that they can help me out?

This seems to be like such a ton of work, but if you have the time to do it, it should be an interesting learning experience. I think the climate control wires for an SSEi reach all the way to the front of the car in the engine bay area.

Well, have fun! If you do this, I'll be watching. I'd like to do the same for my 99 SLE.

Perhaps mine wasn't optioned out like that. No HUD or sports suspension, either, but everything else seems to be there.
