On my dash board there is like a sticker or something. I think the owner before me had a compus on it. But, i tried rubbing it down but it didnt come off. What should i do?

Try a little WD40 and a paper towel.

GooGone is a good product as well for removing adhesives.

GooGone is some remarkable stuff. I've used it to remove automotive adhesive, bubble gum from carpets, stickers from glass and a GPS adhesive pad from a dash board. Unlike most adhesive removers, the stuff will not take up paint or dye and its vapors will not suck the air out of your lungs when using it in confined spaces.
