Default Key Hole Delete Mod

You can get Magnets to cover up your keyholes on the doors and trunk. Since they are fairly spendy, I came up with this mod.

I went to AutoZone and got a package of 3 AMC, GM, Chrysler Panel Retainers (Dorman # 963-056)

I only needed two of them

I trimmed them on two sides to the width of a key with a utility knife....

I left the "barbs" on the other two sides...

Once trimmed, they slide right in the keyhole on the doors...

And trunk lid...

These can be painted to match your car, I will be doing that to make them less noticable. They can be easily removed if your fob ever stops working and you need your keys

Ohh, I like. I may have to stop off at the zone and pick up a pack. And I just happen to have paint to match my car.

Very creative. For the trunk you can also throw a G6 Pontiac badge on the center tail. Covers it up perfect

You could take them out with a fingernail. They are just tight enough to not fall out on thier own.
