Default Ideas to correct a sun-faded dashboard

I have a 1998 Black SE with 76K miles on it. I live in sunny and humid Charlotte, North Carolina. Recently I noticed small 'brown' rings on my grey dashboard and lo and behold, it looks as if the sun is fading the color of my dashboard. So, my question is is there any technique/product I can use to restore the grey color back to my dashboard? Please don't tell me I am SOL and I need to replace the dashboard.

your SOL and need to replace the dashboard. I clean mine weekly with some cheap turtle wax, I have seen visable improvement over just a few months time. However, its not gone by any means.
