I live in Virginia and we probably have the strictest car laws in the whole nation.. no performance mods, exhaust cant be to loud, almost no tint on windows (well.. very little) no neon while driving ect...

Well im tired of these laws..

Anyone have ideas for my 04 BVille? I was tinking standard stuff.. neon on the outside, inside, exaust system or just tips, ect...

I would love to hear your ideas.. but i want to keep it 100% legal.. and if i do get pulled over for something.. i have the paper work to show it is legal..

Also.. if anyone has any "stuff" extra neon, tips, hoods, ect (but i doubt it) and you want to get rid of it.. ill take it.. haha
