is it possible to replace the lights in ur hud with other colors- exmpl (white)?

No. The display is a custom manufactured fluroescent display tube. There is no way to change the color of the part itself. Your only possibility would be to try different colour filters. I don't think this would be very effective and it would significantly reduce the intensity.

Harofreak00 used a blue film to turn his blue. I never saw it in person, but I would have to think it dimmed it somewhat since it had to shine through an extra layer. In reality, I think blue is your only real option since you're starting with a green base.

id like a way to make them white, i herd someone scraped them to make them white but had to deal with hotspots

This is the same type of display used in the HUD. It may be possible to "scrape" it, I don't know for sure. Given the replacement cost, I wouldn't chance doing this to mine.

That was the red translucent glue/gel being scraped off the instrument cluster. That'* a totally different thing I think.
