UPDATE: he sent me a email saying that he no longer has them in stock and offered me another set of 20s for 1300 with 150 shipping. needless to say i am reporting him to ebay and he got a negative feedback.

good job on reporting the guy, im sure he will be suspended soon.
in my experience, the really really cheap wheels with no real name brand (and some with name brands) from ebay are actually far inferior than a good set of used wheels.
that is, the bargian wheels are much more prone to cracks, warping, chipping/pitting in the chrome, etc.
