How to get burnt rubber off the paint safely

Intense sells a product that you spray inside your wheel wells and body so the rubber just washes off. 
Or you can spray silicone spray so you can use detailer to wipe it off.
Rubber build up adds weight but is a good sound deadner........and it doesn't match Silver paint
