You can get GP seats with lumbar FWIW.

But anyways, I'm not sure exactly how they mount, but I'll take some measurements of my seats in my GP and the seats in the SSEi and see what the difference is in mounting and if they are swappable, and if not just a bolt in what it would take to do it. If nobody else chimes in before I can look into it (its gonna be about a week) then I'll do what I can for you.

You'll need a custom console. IIRC, they are wider, and won't work with your console.
