I need to lower my hood slightly in the front to match the fender. The adjustable bumper bolt will not budge. Isn't this suppose to screw up and down? Maybe I'm missing something. I removed the rubber bumper and used a pliers to grab the top part of the bolt and can get good leverage, but nothing moves. I don't want to twist the retainer out of its seat. :(
