yea well i put the hids in my headlights pretty quick. only took me about an hour or so. ppl tell me all the time that my hids arent as bright as some so i think i like the fact that its going to blind ppl. so whats easier: getting to the headlights under the car or removing headlight unit?

IMO removing the headlight housing is easier because you have more room then, blinding people generally is not a good idea, as much as I have the person going under the speed limit I'm not gonna turn my super bright high beams on at him, other people'* saftey is a consideration with mods
