HID problem
I recently purchased an HID kit from a guy that owned a 97 regal. He didn't have to use the harness but for some reason they are not working so I plugged the harness in and I can not get the lights to turn on. Now on the last picture on the very bottom I circled (tried to at least) the connection that I have not figured out where to plug into. Need some assistance....

ah but you do need that harness, the stock wiring connector cannot supply enough power to the balasts, so heres how that harness needs to be connected, the female end goes to your stock headlight connector on the passenger side, the short male end that is the same length goes to the passenger side balast, the long wire with the male connector goes to the balast on the driver side
then connect the positive to the fuse box where the screw under the cover is, the ground to a bolt somewhere around there, just take the bolt out and put the screw through the ring connector
then you need to get a relay from autozone, thats why they won't turn on, the relay goes in that little orange socket right next to the fuses on the harness and tada HIDs properly wired

maybe im just lucky, or a really good set of HIDs but i installed the HID'* in my Projector low beams, and i do not have a harness running them

Harness or no harness. I've seen them both ways. Problem here is no workie.
On the ballast..and thank the locals for this knowledge. When you plug the old light connector into it.. usually it can be done two ways. The way that works and the way that won't work. Try flipping that connector.

well i am going to try and see if it works;
also, thanx for telling me that I could hook the power wire to fuse box because I orginally had it running all the way to the battery (which in that case is in the backseat)
