I would suggest swapping the wheels from side to side. If the problem follows the wheel, the wheel is the problem.

Swapped wheels front to back and side to side. Still does it. And the one wheel does it on passenger side.
I'm going to have to say the rims only fit bc the old brakes gave the caliper enough slide to fit and the new pads and rotors don't allow that much.

So anyone know if Eagle Talon rims will bolt on?! I have a set in garage so going to try it in morning!

Otherwise what'* a cheap temporary solution. Wheels spacers?
I'll try junk yards in morning but not sure what I'll find cheap-ish
