Default Hella foglights (one size only?)

I just wanted to check first before I start looking around.

I've wanted to upgrade my foglights to higher wattages and I want to use Hellas.

Is there a specific size? I measured the opening to be 4 and a half inches. I've located a Hella foglight that measures almost 4 inches so that will work.

Where can I get them? Is there a store that carries them in stock or are they a online order only?

There'* a difference between Hella Branded stuff, and the angel eyes as well. Hella, PIAA, etc make standalone fog systems that are high quality stuff normally over $100.

The angel eyes many people run here are optilux brand, a sub-brand in Hella. They have great light in two pencil beams, but are strictly driving lights and require good aiming. There'* NO cutoff or horizontal/vertical focusing, just a bright round spot.

I had them, they lasted about 3 years, replaced both bulbs within those three years. I had one housing crack, and the other one turned into the next great lake. They were good while they lasted, but I've since upgraded.. Don't expect the halos to last forever either.

just a side note

I have had my Hellas for 3 years as well...NEVER had a cracking problem OR a water problem

and as for the Angel Eye LED'* Hella has changed the vendor within the last year or so of the LED'*....they USED to have a problem and i was a victim of 3 different sets of halos before contacting hella and speaking with them Directly

oh ya, and if there EVER is a problem with the Lights, the Customer Service Is AMAZING...

I'm looking to have driving lights anyway.

How much are they for a pair? I saw a pricing list in JC Whitney and it said 50 bucks, I'm hoping that'* for a pair?

Pepboys is $55 for the pair, sightly cheaper in Ebay

I can agree with the great customer service, i went through the same LED problem. I enjoy my Hella Angels, so much so I got pulled over for only using them and no headlights
