Headliner replacement
Bonnie'* a little saggy in a few places and I plan on replacing the headliner. I've read quite a few tutorials and I'm pretty sure that between my half brain and my wife'* full one, we can pull this off. I'm going to upgrade the ceiling fabric to microfiber, it costs a little more, but man does it look nice 
!
My question is if there are any special things that I should look for when I'm removing the trim to pull the headliner out, or any other general suggestions that apply specifically to Bonneville interiors that I should be aware of. Does anyone know how thick the foam is for the headliner?
Also, if anyone sees this and has a driver'* side fender they want to unload, let me know.

I can try to get you a driver'* side black fender. I saw some 94 SSEi cars at a local junkyard, and there should be no difference in in the bolt patterns. The cost of my passenger side fender was $35.

The Headliner from the factory is usually 1/8th... I like to use 1/4 as it looks better and tightens up things a bit for the head liner..
What ever you do, Make sure you use the 3M90 Adhesive... Throw the Permatex Headliner glue out the window..
And when you do get the Foam on the liner make sure you wrap the front and rear sections... Makes it look much cleaner..
And being a bonneville, you will have to yank the door seals, you will have to yank the A, B and C Pillar trim, As well as the OH **** handles... The Visors.... Then you will have a series of wires to unplug from the lights and switches.. And the harness is stapled to the Headliner, as well as taped in certain areas
You are going to have fun.. And the wife will be a great help when you have to install the head liner

haha yah its tons of fun...don't plan on it being a short project, don't buy cheap glue, and make sure the material isn't too thick if you have a sunroof, sunroof shade was a little tricky to do but it can be done. try to remove the handles as careful as you can because those seem to break pretty easily, and do not get glue that is runny, or add so much glue that it soaks through the material. Also make sure you get more material than what you need because of the curves and you want to overlap the edges well. I have some final pics of my project, but not a write up just search suede headliner and plurr...other than that, good luck and if you have any problems when the project is in progress, throw them up on the forum im sure we can help you out.

I found the headliner fabirc a the fabric store, but my question is how many yards do I need?
I do have a sunroof, and I planned to use that watertight fabric tape around the edges of the opening. Since i can't find the foam, I was thinking about putting the Microsuede over the headliner fabric and paint the glue using fabric glue so it'* even and not too thick is it more likely to sag that way? If it is, does anyone know of any stores that sell the 1/8" 1/4" foam at? I really don't want this to look like crap.

I just replaced my headliner not to long ago. Here is a site that I used. I bought the kit that came with a can of the glue. It was the foam backed material and it turned out really good. The problem with the fabric glue you get at the craft stores is the heat factor. They don't hold up to the heat and will come loose again. Here is the link:
