gold swoopies
Is it possible? Could a set of swoopies be somehow painted gold similar to the ghetto golds? And can anyone with photoshop make some swoopies gold?

Well what Andrew posted is what would be a gold "chrome" as you can see from the reflection of the chrome showing through. A PAINTED rim like the ghetto golds probably wouldn't look good AT ALL! There would be no shine or reflection as you see in his photoshops. 
If someone actually took a set of chrome swoops and painted over them, I would hunt them down.
