Well I went to another place on the recommendation of a local member to me and i got more close to what i wanted..they have an exact color match so i can get away with just the headliner...price quote was 275 for replacement of headliner and clean out of sunroof drains..

That sounds like a decent price.

When in doubt, always get another estimate. It doesn't hurt and often helps.
