Default ebay window tint

Has anyone tried the Ebay window tint?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEWA:IT&ih=004

I was thinking of getting this instead of doing my own. It is suppose to be a higher quality tint and its already precut!. I was gonna go with 5% on the rear windows and 50% on the front. Any tips on installing the tint?

I've actually been thinking about trying that out.
If you've never done tint before make sure you find some good instructions. Because it is not easy. Although IMO cutting is the hardest part.
Most likely you wont be able to do the back window yourself. I have had many professional tinters tell me that they wont even touch the back window on my car because it is so hard.

If you do get it let us know what you think of it.

Assuming you've put the tint on, how long has it been in your car? The only thing I would be worried about is the quality of the film. If it turns purple in a year, it might be worth paying someone that will give you a lifetime warranty or something.

Putting it on the back window may suck...taking it off the back window and trying to save your defroster is guaranteed to suck more.

I looked in his FAQ'* and it says he has a lifetime garuntee of never peel, bubble, crack, fade, or changing colors. So i'm guessing its at least somewhat good quality. And it also says in the Auction that it is Rear Window Defroster Safe

How can he gaurantee "peel, bubble, crack, fade" when peeling and bubbling are directly related to how well it'* installed?

1993 SLE did the tint on his back window himself and it came out great. IIRC it was his first time doing tint.

My installer did mention the rear window being difficult.
