Really nice Mod. On a scale of 1 to 10 this is an 11!

Quick off topic.

Are you going to put that plug wire back in the loom before or after it gets chopped up in the fan blade?

It already is. I went back downstairs when I noticed that during photochopping.

Who inspired who? I did mine nearly 3 years ago, and 2 others for members since then. :P

Just paint the cover to the left to match.

Jdq, you'll have a very hard time using steel for that. We use aluminum mesh so it'* easier to shape.
If you read his post, he clearly thanks BOTH me and you for the insparation

you for mesh
me for the arrow head

What Peter said.

BTW, the wire cover is currently waiting for gold pinstriping. The weather went south on me yesterday so I fell behind a bit.

Nice dress-up mod! Inspired by others, but changed for your ride.

Good work!

The color keeps making me think of the Spiderman movie with the Green Goblin. Maybe a good name for your car.???????

I keep on thinking about a good nickname for my car and I haven't found anything I like.

My wife and I were talking about something ironic yesterday:

Every single school that I went to from elementary through college all had green and gold as the school colors. And here I am now driving a green and gold car. Heh

Green Goblin gets my vote...

Then you can paint the rest of the car this same neonish color.
