Coloured headlights are Illegal, unless you mean whiter or HID. SIlverstars are more white than a standard bulb, there are also other brand which offer a whiter light. A H.I.D. kit will give you the look of the lights on newer BMWs and such. Those kits are also not recommended because your headlight isnt designed for it. But there are some members on this site who have done it, looks really good too.
