pull out all the bulbs and wiring harnesses then heat your oven to about 200-250 drgrees, there are 7 IIRC clips that you need to pop off (careful they will fly accross the room) throw them in for about 10-15 minutes and then its easier if you have 2 people to start the lense at the high beam side and work over to the corner light and the orange piece is attached to the black mask part, then if the tar cooled down throw both pieces in the oven for a few minutes to warm it up then press everything back together and put the little clips on

Hi SAMZGXP - Welcome to the Bonneville forum!

Please add your year and trim of your vehicle to your signature line. That way when you start asking questions in other areas of the forum, we all have a better idea on how to assist you. Click on "Quick Links" above, go down to "User Control Panel" and then click on "Edit your Signature" It'* pretty straight forward from there.

Good luck. The butyl rubber adhesive used in 04 and 05 is a little tougher than previous. It can be done, but we've had several reported cracked do it so I feel its worth mentioning. As well, with few GXP'* are in the wrecking yards and those headlights are 5 C-notes a piece to replace I would be very careful.

the caps over the bulbs are back making them look darker on the inside, other than that i'm not sure

that will be one of the things Pat is doing for me as well as projectors, I can't wait to get those back
