Default cleaning out the heat ducts

i need to do some work to the climate control, and i figured why not clean the ducts out while i have it apart. does anyone know what the best way to do this is and i also need to know where the driver temp air box or whatever is located

Well I cleaned out the passenger side ducts a while back. I just took out the glove box door, and then the inside piece of the glove box and was able to easily dust those out. As far as the other ones I just use a detailing brush and clean what I can.

Compressed Air. easy as heck, just put it in all the different modes with the fan off and blow air through it, it got the old people smell out of my car in ~15min.

Tie a piece of wire to a rag, and tie a weight to the other end if necessary. Try to feed/drag it through.

you can pull the trim off easily to make it much easier on yourself.
