Default changing front end

Is it possible to swap out the '92 front end for a later year? I have a 92 SSE but don't like how far out the front bumper sticks out. I really like the later ones much better and didn't know if this was a simple switch project for my husband to do for me? Thanks for any info or suggestions

You might be able to do a 96-99 front end on a 92-95, but not a 2000 or newer.

Even the 96-99 will require quite a bit of work. The headlights are different, and are not easily interchanged. They'd have to be switched due to their different size/shape.

shouldn't be too hard, but the 96-99 stick out just as far as the earlier years. If you want to change the whole front end you'll have to change the front fenders (for the outer cornering lamps) and grille also, the hood should be fine to use. A couple of memebers have done the conversion front & back too, it looks pretty good to me either way.
