Hey, I'm starting to get a hang of this wet sand and polish thing here. So, here'* what I did...
Cleaned the front bumper...
Wetsanded using 1000, then 2000 grit.
I only did the right side of the front bumper and took pics of the center to show comparison.

Then I used Meguiar'* #4 Heavy Cut cleaner.

Then, I moved onto Mequiar'* #2 Fine Cut Cleaner.

Then I used Turtle Wax'* polishing compound to finish it off.

Then I went to the left side of the bumper and repeated the whole process all over again.

Yes, there are still some VERY deep scratches in it, but I didn't want to sand down too far and get into the black paint. Maybe someday I will sand down the whole bumper and redo everything. Otherwise, this came out better than I thought and worked very well.
I had used a 4" polisher that attaches to my drill.

Now that I pretty much got the hang of it, I plan on doing more (rear bumper) in the near future. But, I will be picking up my new toy come tomorrow.
