Default Bonne-trailer???

Today I added another needed piece of rolling stock to my collection. A small utility trailer for hauling around the stuff that just doesn't fit well in the trunk. (like motorcycles, engine bits, plywood, etc.)

Well...err...it'* just a collection of steel angle iron welded together into a box...yup, it'* a utility trailer after all, I wasn't expecting it to look like it came out of the design studios of Pininfarina.

So the though occured to me... why not make an outer skin for it that looks like the rear quarters of the Bonneville. Put a pair of cross-lace 16" rims on it and make a "Bonnetrailer"

Anybody ever done something similar? Anyone car to Photoshop a picture for me to see what it would look like?

I had an idea about 4 years ago after putting the hitch on the 93 (which is now on the 95) to make a small camping trailer to match using a Dodge Caravan rear axle, and it'* gold crosslace wheels.

I couldn't justify it at the time considering I'd just built a great utility trailer already, but I did draw up some rough plans at the time.

Randman1 and I have tossed that idea around several times, but never have taken it anywhere.

A Bonneville-styled trailer is some major street talk! ...

:?

I volunteer to try some Photoshop. If you would please provide me with some pictures of your car and the trailer, I'll give it a shot.
