well i came up with and idear lol.I am going to take bondo or fiberglass havent decided yet and fill in the two ''channels'' that go all the way around my 94 to give the bumpers and side panels a smooth clean look whadda yall think feedback please

those two channels looking things the size of a finger to the left of the reflector

to the left of drivers side reflector and to the right of the pass side reflector

It would be a very subtle change that most people wont notice. But hard core Bonneville people will. Bondo hair would be a better choice then just Bondo. Be sure to rough up the surface to give it something to hold on to.

I think it will look ok... Use glass tho bonda IMO will look like ***

oh yeah and that was my thought that ya know not many people would notice it but if you knew what you were looking for you would know.I actually bought a big container of bondo hair and other things today i practiced on the side panels that are off the car and it turned out bettter than i thought

but im not sure how if i LIKE how it turned out yet thats why i meant to ask what would be better bondo-bondo hair-fiberglass

Glass or Bondo Hair ??? is that like glass ? Make sure you HAND sand.. its the only way to get it straight...

That comes from a guy with 15 years in the Glass business all my final sands are by hand and I have never had anyone complain

i hand sand EVERYTHING i paint or need to sand even if im doing a whole car

Bondo hair is like fiber glass. It'* a type of Bondo with glass fiber in it. It'* good for filling areas in. Sanding is going to be a pain. You need to fill in the lows to make it all even. I have several different sanding blocks. Long blocks will give you a flatter surface. To make it look good your going to be doing a lot of sanding. here'* what I use. 80 grit to rough sand with a DA sander. Then I switch to 120 grit with hand blocks. Then 240 with hand blocks. For large areas I have a long block air sander. Paint with epoxy sandable primer. Then sand with 400 grit. Then paint only when it'* smooth. If not even very small defects will show up.
