That is custom fabrication for the blinkers. It'* very well done, though. Do a search for 95naSTA and his Bondoville. He put in BMW 7-series headlights. Here'* a link for the initial post:

It seems you'll have to cut the mirror housing and use bondo to mold in those blinkers. I've taken off my mirror housing, and it'* fairly easy with two bolts and a cable. There seems to be enough room, but the bigger the housing, the better.

Good luck! If you do this, please take pictures. It seems to be a cool project.

Also custom. You can either take it and have it chromed, or use a chrome contact paper that is weather resistant.

I belive those blinkers in the Photoshop bodyshop. & the side pillars are covered with a paper (looks cheap when you look at it from up close) Its become a big trend here in PR.

Something I recently found out is that body shops, among other places, have really expensive chrome spray-on paint. Wholesale, it'* about $300/can, I've heard. But it'* supposed to make anything chrome, so if you have the money and a willing body shop, see if they'll paint your pillars. It'* supposed to be some sort of liquid metal that hardens and gets clearcoated. Shouldn't be too hard for them to do, but it will cost you a lot. However, that'* the closest I've seen to anyone doing it the way it'* supposed to be done without outright replacing the pillars with true polished nickel.
