I found this when I got the car but I feel that it is going to get worse if I don't do someting about it.
This is the passenger side of the front bumper....It is fairly deep but not all the way through. Should I just get some bondo and wire mesh and fix it that way?

I just fixed the front bumper on my wife'* car. You want to clean the cracks take a file get all the loose stuff. I see in the pic a piece that is ready to brake off you want to remove that small piece. Sand the area front and back.
Using bondo hair or bondoglass which it is also called. You'll want to put some on the back side of the bumper. To make it stronger and so you don't have to put as much on the front. Let it harden then apply the bondoglass to the front. Sand the area smooth and primer then paint.
