All weather car cover
That Zerust thing sounds like the cover they used on the Plymouth Fury.
I see you found storage, but for those reading this for info, don't be afraid to use more than one cover. I've used multiple covers, the outermost being a cover made from Tyvek. Tyvek really keeps water and dirt out. But it'* not thick enough to provide protection from little dings like flying debris in the air.
John, I just put up a 10' x 20' metal framed opaque plastic car shelter for the Trans Am next to my garage. The last one I had lasted for 6 years. They cost about $350. Excellent protection and much better than a simple car cover. You just have to make sure it'* well tied down and anchored. I screwed mine into the side of my garage and used ropes with turnbuckles on the other side.
It has zippered doors on each end so I can drive right through it and keep it open most of the time until the bad weather comes.
