My brothers jeep he has white ones in there for te past like 6months and has never been pulled over for them...

The 00'* don't have a lamp monitor. At least if they did, mine didn't work. There was nothing in the manual about a message on the DIC for a bulb out either. I don't know about the 01+'*.
