Anybody done this conversion? I did it on my Honda Accord back in the day and didn't have any issues, considering doing it on my Monte Carlo since i'm about to change my bulbs. I'm getting some Luminics Titanium White bulbs for the lows and Luminics JDM Yellow for my highs/drl'*. I wouldn't think it would be a problem to do this conversion on this car but figured I'd ask first just in case.

Ah. I don't remember the last time I needed to turn my high beams on to see where I was going. Keep in mind I live in a big city, not out in the country, so the main reason i'm getting the JDM yellow is because my high beams are also my drl'* and I think the yellow drl'* would look nice on my white car.

I turned on my high beams this morning! I had to get up early and take my son to his wrestling tournament up in Sutter Creek, CA. and the Highway that took us there had long dark stretches of foggy darkness (it was 5am, very dark and very foggy) and I had to turn 'em on. What'* the chances of this happening? LOL. But yeah, the yellow lights would have been golden in that situation due to less light refraction. I gotta hurry up and get them!!
Few problems with your plan/suggestion....I don't want white high beams, disabling the drl'* on my car is no easy task, unless I buy the harness from bbengineer but then that'll give me a different problem, IIRC, and I don't have fogs.

I'm sure it still would have been an improvement, but it'* not overly concerning since it'* very rare that I use my high beams anyway. My main concern is that I have yellow DRL'*
