Use the red gel material Pat mentioned above, or use a TRANSLUCENT red model paint to paint the existing bulbs.
I have red 194'* in my footwell now. Just the footwells, though. Have for a couple years with no fading. The fully red lighting interior has been done by a few members so far. Most used the red filter or gel (not like jelly, but a see-thru red flexible plastic sheet).
