I haven't had the time to go and pull the alternator out, but I had it looked at by a friend of my dad'* and hes convinced its the voltage regulator. While he was looking at it, he wiggled the wire and the voltage sorta went to a normal range and stayed that way as long as he held the wire a certain way, what do you guys think?

if he can wiggle the wires and it works then its probably the connection not the alt

before you buy anything go take the connector off and look and see if you can see whats wrong, if theres corrosion scrape it off with a little screwdriver , if the wires are loose see if you can push them i so they stay
