Default No start issue

I have a 2005 Suburban and I had battery disconnected for two days while changing power steering pump. When finished it will not start. Tried starting fluid and did no good. Any ideas why this would happen?

I sprayed starting fluid in the intake manifold and it didn’t do anything. Didn’t fire at all
