One problem at a time. Start by checking all the motor mounts and transmission mounts. If those are good I need the DTC codes. I suspect the torque converter is stuck locked on.
Ok Thanks for the help guys the problem was: Tune Up and Oil Leak. Now before getting up and having a smooth ride the car seems like it putts before getting full acceleration do you know what that problem could be? As a minor exterior problem...missing a rocker panel (The long bracket under the door) driver'* side but how can I get it replaced considering the driver'* side is rusting?
Focus Rob... you were asked for a code. Looks like it was probably ignition related if a tune up fixed it.
Window - probably a broken regulator or wiring where it goes into the door and constantly bends.
Trunk release may be a wire or a lockout switch
Body molding - time for him to start driving a bit better don'tcha think?

Code: never had a code, a mechanic told him there was a transmission problem...but the tune up and oil leak fixed dat problem.
As for the window problem he solved that...by only touching the upper part of the switch...(if it ain't completely broke don't fix it)
PROBLEMS as of 6/7/10
The car is driving fine and accelerates but it putters a lil when hitting the accelerator too hard. Any suggestions?
Body Molding yea i recommended that...lol...but the rust makes it hard to put a replacement panel back on...but he needs it because the rust is pointed and may puncture his tire. So where searching junkyards but how would we be able to mount it?

I'd say tune up. Since one was done, please list out what tune up items were done and maybe we can pick something out that wasn't done that might be a contributing factor.

A tune up fixed a transmission problem? If it was only that easy. Many trans codes do not trip a SES light. Still a good idea to have the car scanned.
Ya, list what was done, that way we can see if anything was missed.
Stuttering is typically, but not limited to a ignition problem such as bad or weak spark.
