I'm swapping in an led bow tie gm part number 84129741 The part went in after removing the silverados grill and drilling a hole for the wiring to pass through the grill behind the new bow tie.
HERE'* the problem... no instructions included.
I need help finding the connection points to the truck.
There'* a wiring harness included that has one plug to power the led bow tie , and two connector plugs on the other end. One goes to the Daytime Running Light (DRL) plug and the other to the (main) body lights plug.
My question is where is the body lights connection found ? I know where the DRL connections are , the other must be close to one of them because the Y potion in the wiring harness is only 12 inches long. Thanks for any help
