I just picked up a 4.3 Chevy V8 from a friend . I want to put it in a Hot Rod that I'm building . It'* a low mileage motor ( 53,000) miles . However , the fuel injection box / computer is missing along with the alternator .

What do I need to complete my installation ?
Where do I go to get the parts ?

This is my first attempt at wrenching anything that doesn't have a points and condenser .

Can someone help me ?

If you can, take pictures of the entire engine. We can point you in the right direction from there.
