99 Tahoe cranks but won't start..
Checked the fuel pressure, 29PSI. I know that is it supposed to read 60-66. Tried replacing the fuel filter to see if it was just clogged up. Didn't work, reads the same pressure. So I'm guessing it'* the fuel pump. We're replacing that today. I'd hoped I wouldn't have to shell out $220.

rockauto.com definitely have the cheaper price, but I need this thing running like YESTERDAY. so it'* been ordered from advanced auto. Will be here at 8AM. My brother-in-law and I will put 'er in and I'll update with the outcome. Thanks for all your help.
Final update: It was definitely the fuel pump. Soon as it was put in and the key was turned the pressure went straight to right around 60-62. Stuttered a second and then cranked right up. Thanks guys.
