going by what you described it sounds like the return line for the power steering..Or even a brake line..DO the brakes feel soft at all?

Did some closer checking and it looks like there is a very very small leak at the t-stat housing and possibly I need to change the anti-freeze because it'* weak. Would it leak whenever with no set pattern because of the opening and closing of the t-stat? Please tell me ther'e an easier way to change the t-stat than the recomended way of dismantling everything. Hoping I can do it by removing the air box and a couple other things to gain access to it. Please let me know what you think.

Picked up the parts tonight and need to get this done over the weekend. Anyone with some instructions on replacing the t-stat and gasket is greatly appreciated, especially if there'* an easier way to do it opposed to the recomended way. I've heard it can be done by removing the air box and a couple other things. Hoing someone has done it this way and will share that info with me. Thanks again.
